🌿 About Advancing With Amy

A Manifesto for Every Warrior Who’s Still Standing

Alright, let’s be real — life doesn’t always unfold the way we planned.
Sometimes it unravels piece by piece until we barely recognize ourselves.
I’ve been there. More than once.

đź’š Meet Amy

I’m Amy D. Taylor — Mental Health Warrior, Neurodivergent Advocate, podcast host, life coach, and single mom who’s walked through some dark seasons and found light again.

I live with bipolar disorder, anxiety, ADHD, and OCD — and instead of hiding that, I’ve made it part of my mission. Because I know what it’s like to feel broken, stuck, or so overwhelmed you can’t see a way out.

I also know what it’s like to rebuild — slowly, imperfectly, with shaky hands and stubborn hope.

🌱 Why I Created Advancing With Amy

Advancing With Amy was born from that space between breaking down and starting over.

It’s for the women who are tired but still trying.
For those who’ve survived heartbreak, trauma, or burnout and are finally ready to believe there’s more to life than just surviving.
For the neurodivergent women trying to make sense of their beautiful, chaotic minds in a world that doesn’t always understand them.

Here, we tell the truth — about mental health, motherhood, self-worth, and healing.
We talk about the hard stuff without shame and celebrate every tiny win along the way.

There’s no toxic positivity here — just raw honesty, gentle guidance, and reminders that it’s okay to rest and begin again as many times as you need to.

🌤 My Belief

You deserve a life that feels peaceful and authentic.
One that fits who you really are — not who the world told you to be.

And I’m here to walk beside you as you find your way there.

Through my coaching, courses, journals, podcast, and community, I help women like you untangle the mess, reconnect with who they are, and take small, powerful steps toward healing and self-trust.

Because even when it feels impossible, I promise — it won’t always be this way.
You can heal. You can rebuild. You can thrive.

✨ Let’s Keep Advancing

This is your reminder that you’re not alone, you’re not broken, and you are absolutely capable of creating the life you want — one brave, imperfect, hopeful step at a time.

What do you think — are you ready to take that next step for yourself?

Love Always,
Amy
